I'm a full time real estate agent.  I work 6 days a week working with homeowners that want to sell their homes and also work as a buyer's agent for those clients that want to take advantage of my work ethic to find the perfect home for them or are considering a purchase of a property that is a Maine Short Sale and want a Realtor that specializes in Maine short sale properties.

I offer FREE Foreclosure Workshops in the privacy of your home or office.  It's about an hour and a half of explanations of your options and their pros and cons.  You shouldn't have any questions when I'm through my presentation.  April 5, 2010, the United States Treasury Dept. released their details for the new HAFA program.  Maine homeowners that have received a loan modification and have determined they can't keep up on their mortgage payments and need to sell their home, can waterfall in this new program.  This is an overview of the HAFA program but is only for non government insured loans.   The number of programs for Maine foreclosure help and Maine short sales is now getting a little confusing so contact me and once I determine what kind of loan you have, I can give you the programs and options for you to make an educated decision for yourself and your family.  There is no charge for my help.    

I have earned the National Association of Realtor's designation as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and I've also  undergone the rigorous training and education necessary to become a "Certified Distressed Property Expert" (CDPE).  This is a new real estate designation that is growing by leaps and bounds.  When I went through the program, I was one (1) of only 800 agents in the country.  A year later, I'm one (1) in 20,000 that now have this designation.  There are about 40 CDPE's in Maine and only a couple of us have committed to the Advanced designation which is continuing education of 2 or 3 meetings a month going over everything that has happened in the country since our last meeting.  This additional training is necessary if an agent is going to specialize in helping homeowners avoid the foreclosure process, such as I have.     www.KevinsForeclosureHelp.com
