Video of the new HAFA Program for Maine short sales

I'm a full time real estate broker.  I work 6 days a week working with homeowners that want to sell their homes and also work as a buyer's agent for those clients that want to take advantage of my work ethic to find the perfect home for them or are considering a purchase of a property that is a Maine Short Sale and want a Broker that specializes in Maine short sale properties.

I've had extensive training in helping homeowner's avoid foreclosure.  I will help you, "Free of Charge", apply for a loan modification through the HAMP program.  If that doesn't work, I will explain to you the pros and cons of a Maine real estate "short sale" through the HAFA program.  Whatever path you choose, I will guide you and patiently explain everything, as we go along, so you can make an educated decision for you and your family.

If what you want is to list your property, I do everything from start to finish.  I list your property, sell your property and handle all your lender communications to facilitate a Maine short sale.  I keep all parties updated and informed.

I offer FREE Foreclosure Workshops in the privacy of your home or office.  It's about an hour and a half of explanations of your options and their pros and cons.  You shouldn't have any questions when I'm through my presentation.  April 5, 2010, the United States Treasury Dept. released their details for the new HAFA program.  Maine homeowners that have received a loan modification and have determined they can't keep up on their mortgage payments and need to sell their home, can waterfall in this new program.  This is an overview of the HAFA program but is only for non government insured loans.   The number of programs for Maine foreclosure help and Maine short sales is now getting a little confusing so contact me and once I determine what kind of loan you have, I can give you the programs and options for you to make an educated decision for yourself and your family.  There is no charge for my help.

I have earned the National Association of Realtor's designation as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and I've also  undergone the rigorous training and education necessary to become a "Certified Distressed Property Expert" (CDPE).  This is a new real estate designation that is growing by leaps and bounds.  When I went through the program in 2008, I was one (1) of only 800 agents in the country with this training.  There are now over 40,000 Realtors in the country with the CDPE designation.

My specialized training is a "must have" for anyone looking to Buy Distressed Property.  Buying Bank Owned, Pre-Foreclosure, Maine Foreclosure or Maine Short Sale Properties is a different process than regular Maine real estate transactions.  You owe it to yourself to hire the best to help you identify properties that are really "for sale".  I'll make sure that you don't get stuck in a transaction that takes too many months to close.
